Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Healer

My mission is to help you live your best life, no matter where you are right now, through breathing practices, mindful movement, meditation, and Reiki. I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching since 2015. I love sharing a variety of practices with my students, knowing that each practice has its time and place.

Healthy movement is key to your overall sense of well-being and yoga opens the door to a deeper understanding of what is best for you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga provides a toolbox to help you navigate life, and I love to share these tools with my students!

As a Reiki healer, I create a safe space for healing and release of that which no longer serves you. Reiki allows me to tap into the flow of Divine healing energy and share it with you. Curious? Check out my blog here and feel free to reach out with questions!
